Support and Maintenance

As a customer of Nexbib, you are in safe hands

We are here to help support and service your equipment as needed. This can be done under warranty or extended warranty.

We are happy to support you over the phone, via remote access or by e-mail via our support system.

If your installation is in need of maintenance, upgrading or replacement of a spare part, then one of our skilled Nexbib technicians will be happy to come to your library and help.

As part of our expanding service , should you have problems with technical installations from other suppliers, e.g. self-service kiosks, alarm gates or the use of RFID, we are ready to help find a solution to the problem.

Project Management & Installation

When implementing a solution from Nexbib we pride ourselves on taking responsibility for delivering project management that is always clear and concise that includes site surveys, customer interviews, regular project meetings to ensure that what is being ordered and installed is ordered and delivered as per our customers requirements.

When creating a project document which describes each stage of the project. Together with our customers we mutually agree on how the schedule is best planned, so that there is minimal disruption to the normal operation of the library.

Tag Encoding & Printing

To streamline the process of shelf ready books, Nexbib can supply, print and encode your RFID HF Tags. Each Tag can have its own library’s name including barcode, if necessary, and other library configurable information.

Nexbib can also supply your library with solutions for you to print and encode RFID Tags on site at your library.
